Your Profile

Your profile holds your personal details — your name and picture — and sits at the top of the Users tab in Settings. Open Settings from your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar; the Users tab is where everyone lands.

Account info​

At the top of Your Profile you'll see two read-only fields:

  • Email — the address you sign in with.
  • Role — your role in this company (Owner, Admin, or Member).

These aren't editable here — roles are managed by your admins (see Roles & Permissions).

Editing your profile​

  • Profile image — hover the avatar and click to upload an image (up to 1 MB), or use the × to remove it. Without an image, CatalEx shows a generated icon.
  • Display Name — the name shown across the app.

Click Save Changes to apply.

Appearance​

The light / dark theme toggle lives in the sidebar (the moon/sun icon at the bottom), not in Settings. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you when you sign in on another device.

Usage​

To see how much you and your company are using — credits, agents, and user seats — open the Usage & Quotas tab in Settings (available to Admins and Owners). See Plans & Billing.

FAQ​

Can I change my role or email here? No. Email and role are shown for reference only. Role changes are handled by an admin (see User Management).

Where did the theme and color options go? The light/dark toggle moved to the sidebar. Your preference syncs with your account across devices.
